1) If the outer cone of the eccentric sleeve is worn by more than 3 mm, it should be replaced;
2) The gap between the straight bushing and the eccentric bushing exceeds twice the original assembly gap; the straight bushing has cracks and exceeds 1/3 of the circumference or height. If any of the above is present, the straight bushing should be replaced;
3) If the gap between the taper sleeve and the upper part of the spindle is more than double the original assembly gap or there are serious cracks, the taper sleeve should be replaced;
4) If the tooth thickness of the conical gear is worn by more than 20%, it should be replaced;
5) The thrust bearing pad at the lower end of the eccentric sleeve should be replaced if the wear and non-parallel deviation exceeds 0.1 mm or the thickness wears more than 5 mm.
