How can we reduce wear and enhance the longevity of the jaw plate?
1. Ensure to feed the machine only after it has started operating normally.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify it is securely fixed and the contact surface is smooth.
3. Ensure materials enter the jaw crusher's crushing cavity evenly to avoid material piles or one-sided overload, which can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Prevent the bearing temperature from exceeding 70ºC; stop the machine immediately if it does and investigate the cause.
5. When halting the production line, first stop the material supply. Completely clear the crushing cavity before turning off the power.
6. For extremely hard materials, select a tougher material to mitigate impact.
7. Optimize the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
