Quality Control:

How can we reduce wear and make the jaw plate last longer?
1. Ensure the machine is fully operational before feeding materials.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify that it is securely fixed and that the contact surface is smooth.
3. Ensure materials are fed evenly into the crusher cavity to prevent material build-up on the walls or one-sided overload, which could cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor bearing temperature to ensure it does not exceed 70ºC. If it does, stop the machine immediately and investigate the cause.
5. On stopping the production line, halt material supply first and make sure the crushing cavity is empty before turning off the power.
6. For materials with high hardness, select a tough material to mitigate impact effects.
7. Enhance jaw plate structure to reduce sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
