Quality Control:

How can we reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Begin feeding the machine only after it starts operating normally.
2. Post-replacement, ensure the new jaw plate is firmly fixed and the contact surface is smooth.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher's crushing cavity to prevent material build-up against the wall or one-sided overload, which could lead to uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor bearing temperature closely. Stop the machine if it exceeds 70ºC and investigate the cause immediately.
5. Before halting the production line, stop material supply first. Ensure the crushing cavity is fully emptied, then power down the line.
6. For materials with high hardness, opt for a tougher jaw plate material to mitigate impact.
7. Enhance the jaw plate structure to reduce sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
