Quality Control:

How can we reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Ensure the machine only begins operation once it is running normally.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify that it is securely fastened and that the contact surfaces are smooth.
3. Feed materials evenly into the crusher's cavity to avoid material build-up against the wall or one-sided overload, which can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor bearing temperatures closely. If they exceed 70ºC, stop the machine immediately to investigate the cause.
5. To halt the production line, first cease material supply, then ensure the crushing cavity is completely emptied before shutting down the power.
6. For materials with high hardness, select a jaw plate material that is tough enough to mitigate impact.
7. Enhance the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
