Quality Control:
How can we reduce wear and make the jaw plate last longer?
1. Ensure the machine is fully operational before feeding material.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify it is securely fixed and the contact surface is smooth.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher to prevent material accumulation on the walls or one-sided overloads, which can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor bearing temperatures closely. If temperatures exceed 70ºC, halt operations immediately to investigate the cause.
5. When shutting down the production line, cease material supply first and ensure the crushing cavity is completely emptied of material before turning off the power.
6. For materials with high hardness, select a more resilient jaw plate material to mitigate impact.
7. Enhance the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
