Quality Control:

How can we extend the lifespan of the jaw plate and minimize wear?
1. Ensure the machine is running smoothly before feeding materials.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify it is secure and that contact surfaces are even.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher to prevent damage due to uneven stress.
4. Monitor bearing temperatures; if they exceed 70ºC, stop the machine and investigate the cause immediately.
5. Cease material supply before stopping the production line, and ensure the crushing cavity is empty before turning off the power.
6. For extremely hard materials, select a tougher jaw plate material to handle the impact.
7. Enhance the jaw plate structure to decrease sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
