How can we reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Feed the machine only after it starts working normally.
2. Ensure that the new jaw plate is firmly fixed and that contact is smooth after replacement.
3. Evenly distribute materials in the jaw crusher crushing cavity to prevent material piles or one-sided overload, which causes uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Prevent the bearing temperature from getting too high. If it exceeds 70ºC, stop the machine immediately and investigate the cause.
5. Stop material supply first and ensure the crushing cavity is completely emptied before stopping the production line and turning off the power.
6. If the broken material's hardness is too high, select a tougher material to mitigate the impact.
7. Improve the jaw plate structure to reduce sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
