How can we extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Ensure the machine is operating normally before feeding materials.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify it is securely fastened and the contact surface is smooth.
3. Feed materials into the jaw crusher cavity evenly to avoid material build-up on the walls or one-sided overload, which can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor the bearing temperature to ensure it does not exceed 70ºC. If it does, stop the machine immediately to identify and rectify the issue.
5. During shutdowns, stop material supply first. Ensure the crushing cavity is completely emptied before stopping the production line and turning off the power.
6. For materials with high hardness, select a tougher material for the jaw plate to mitigate impact.
7. Optimize the jaw plate structure to reduce sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
