The reasons why the cone crusher locking cylinder is locked 

There are many reasons why the cone crusher locking cylinder is locked, mainly including the following points: 

1. Hydraulic system failure. If the hydraulic oil line is blocked or the main pump fails, the locking cylinder will be unable to move. 

2. The locking cylinder is worn. After long-term use, the locking cylinder in the machine will lose its locking ability due to wear. 

3. Metal fatigue. As the machine operates for a long time, the strong pressure causes metal fatigue, causing the working area to lock up. 

4. Improper operation. If the user operates improperly, such as overloading the machine, it will cause damage to the locking cylinder of the machine. 

 

Solution to locking cylinder of cone crusher 

1. Check the hydraulic system. If it is found that the hydraulic oil circuit is blocked or the main pump fails, it must be repaired in time.
