Quality Control:

How can we reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Ensure the machine is operating normally before feeding.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, check for secure attachment and smooth contact.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher crushing cavity to avoid material piles on the wall or one-sided overload, which causes uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor the bearing temperature, ensuring it doesn't exceed 70ºC. If it does, stop the machine immediately and investigate the cause.
5. When stopping the production line, first cease material supply and ensure the crushing cavity is fully emptied before powering off.
6. For materials with high hardness, choose a tough material to reduce the impact.
7. Optimize the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
