C106 C125 C140 Jaw Crusher Wear Parts Casting Teeth Plate
Applications: Widely used in mining industry, Quarrying & Aggregate, metallurgical industry, construction industry, chemical industry and silicate industry for crushing hard and medium hard ore and rock, such as iron ore, limestone, copper ore, sandstone, quartz and so on.
At present, ONA could cover 3500+ spare parts for cone crushers including bronze bushing, sockets, feed plates, head nuts, gears, pinions, filler pieces, torch rings, etc, meanwhile, ONA can also manufacture the complete replacement like the head & shaft assemblies, countershaft, and top and bottom shells for all the industry's leading brands. ONA's pre-sales engineers can also assist you in choosing the correct product to fit your or your customers' crushers when you cannot locate the part numbers. If you've got the machine, there's a good chance we've got the parts for it.
STANDARD GRADE - 14% MANGANESE
Our standard grade manganese contains between 12% and 14% manganese steel. Although the standard grade contains less manganese than others, it's offset with an adequate amount of carbon and chrome to help the liners reach a work-hardened state once in operation sooner, realising an improvement in performance for our customers' equipment. Typically, our 14% is used in liners that have low wear rates or aren't crushing continuously.
HIGH PERFORMANCE GRADE - 18% MANGANESE
Our high-performance grade work hardens in place faster due to the increase in manganese and subsequent variation in carbon & chrome content. As the majority of wear is achieved shortly after installation, it's desirable for customers to get the liner to the work-hardened state sooner to achieve the benefits of the liner and to maintain the liners new profile. When the wear drops off and liners achieve their work-hardened state, our liners offer consistent wear across the profile and extend life-supporting customers with cost-effective solutions and reduce unexpected maintenance or shuts.
ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE GRADE - 22% MANGANESE
Our ultimate performance grade manganese offers customers a superior performing liner for highly abrasive applications. With an increase in abrasive material, more wear accumulates faster. If the material isn't suited to withstand the initial wear and achieve a work-hardened state, the liners won't achieve the life desired to meet maintenance schedules or appropriately crush and shape the product.
Quality Control:
How can we reduce wear and make the jaw plate last longer?
1. Feed the machine after it starts working normally.
2. After replacing the new jaw plate, you must check whether it is firmly fixed and whether the contact is smooth.
3. The materials enter the jaw crusher crushing cavity evenly to prevent piles of materials in the wall or one-sided overload, which will cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Prevent the bearing temperature from being too high. Once it exceeds 70ºC, stop the machine immediately and check the cause.
5. When the production line is stopped, the material supply must be stopped first and the material in the crushing cavity must be completely emptied before the production line can be stopped and the power is turned off.
6. If the hardness of the broken material is too high, choose a tough material to alleviate the impact.
7. Improve the jaw plate structure to reduce the sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
