Quality Control:

How can we extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Initiate the machine only after it starts operating normally.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, ensure it is securely fixed and the contact points are smooth.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher's crushing cavity to avoid material build-up in the wall or one-sided overload, which can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Prevent the bearing temperature from exceeding 70ºC. If it does, halt the machine immediately and investigate the cause.
5. When ceasing production, stop material supply first and empty the crushing cavity completely before halting the production line and turning off the power.
6. For highly hard materials, select a tougher jaw plate material to mitigate impact.
7. Enhance the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
