Quality Control:
How can we reduce wear and make the jaw plate last longer?
1. Always feed the machine only after it has started working normally.
2. Ensure that the new jaw plate is firmly fixed and that all contact surfaces are smooth before use.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher's crushing cavity to prevent material buildup on one side, which causes uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor the bearing temperature closely, and immediately stop the machine if it exceeds 70ºC to identify and rectify the cause.
5. During a production line stoppage, cease material supply first and clear the crushing cavity completely before shutting down the power.
6. For materials with exceptionally high hardness, opt for jaw plates made of tougher materials to mitigate impact and wear.
7. Improve the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate, enhancing durability.
