Quality Control:
How can we reduce wear and make the jaw plate last longer?
1. Ensure the machine is fully operational before feeding it materials.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, check that it is securely fastened and that contact surfaces are smooth.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher to prevent pile-ups or one-sided overloads that can stress the jaw plate unevenly.
4. Monitor the bearing temperature and halt operations if it exceeds 70ºC to investigate the cause.
5. Stop material supply before shutting down the production line, and ensure the crushing cavity is empty before turning off the power.
6. For materials with high hardness, opt for tougher jaw plates to mitigate impact.
7. Improve jaw plate design to reduce sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
