Quality Control:

How can we reduce wear and make the jaw plate last longer?
1. Ensure the machine is operating normally before feeding it with materials.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify that it is securely fixed and that the contact surface is smooth.
3. Feed materials into the jaw crusher evenly to avoid overloading one side or creating material piles that can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor the bearing temperature closely. If it exceeds 70ºC, stop the machine immediately and investigate the cause.
5. When stopping the production line, cease material supply first and empty the crushing cavity completely before turning off the machine and cutting the power.
6. If dealing with highly hard materials, opt for a jaw plate made from tougher materials to mitigate impact.
7. Enhance the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
