Quality Control:

How can we reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Ensure the machine is fully operational before feeding materials.
2. After installing a new jaw plate, verify it is securely fixed and making proper contact.
3. Feed materials evenly into the jaw crusher crushing cavity to avoid uneven stress and prevent material build-up against the cavity walls.
4. Monitor bearing temperatures carefully. If temperatures exceed 70ºC, halt operations immediately to diagnose and resolve the issue.
5. When stopping the production line, cease material supply first and ensure the crushing cavity is fully emptied before switching off the power.
6. For materials with exceptionally high hardness, select a tough jaw plate material to mitigate impact damage.
7. Optimize the jaw plate structure to minimize sliding friction between materials and the tooth plate.
