Quality Control:

Optimizing Jaw Plate Longevity and Reducing Wear:
1. Ensure the machine is fully operational before initiating the feed.
2. Post-replacement, verify that the new jaw plate is securely fixed and that the contact surfaces are smooth.
3. Distribute materials evenly within the jaw crusher's cavity to prevent material build-up or one-sided overloads, which can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor bearing temperature and halt operations if it exceeds 70ºC to investigate the cause.
5. When ceasing production, first stop material feeding, ensure the crushing cavity is empty, then shut down the production line and power.
6. For high-hardness materials, select a more resilient material to mitigate impact.
7. Improve jaw plate design to decrease sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
