Quality Control:

How can we reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the jaw plate?
1. Begin feeding material to the machine only after it has started operating normally.
2. When replacing the jaw plate, ensure it is properly secured and that the contact surfaces are smooth.
3. Introduce materials evenly into the jaw crusher’s crushing cavity to avoid material build-up against the wall or one-sided overloading, which can cause uneven stress on the jaw plate.
4. Monitor the bearing temperature closely. If it exceeds 70ºC, halt the machine immediately and investigate the cause.
5. When stopping the production line, cease material supply first, empty the crushing cavity completely, and then turn off the power.
6. For extremely hard materials, select tougher jaw plate materials to mitigate impact.
7. Enhance the jaw plate design to minimize sliding friction between the material and the tooth plate.
